Changed your mind?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery (excluding shipping costs). If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@teknostudio.art within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and contact information in your message.
Returned items must:

Be in their original condition and packaging

Be returned at your own expense and risk
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund (excluding shipping costs). Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we receive the return.
Received a damaged item?
We're sorry your item didn't arrive in perfect condition. If your print is damaged, contact us at hello@teknostudio.art within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to include:

Your order number

Photos of both the damaged product and the packaging

A brief description of the issue
We’ll gladly send a replacement as quick as possible. Please note: we do not offer full refunds for damaged items unless a return is arranged.
If you do not wish to receive a replacement, you may choose to return the item instead (following our 14-day return policy), or contact us to discuss alternative solutions.
Order issues or incorrect address?
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or because it wasn’t picked up in time, we can resend it – but the customer is responsible for new shipping costs.
Can I cancel my order?
As all prints are made to order, we can only cancel your order if production hasn’t started yet. If you wish to cancel, email us immediately – and we’ll do our best to stop it in time. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee cancellation once the order is in production or shipping is booked.
