We partner with shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to ensure optimal shipping services.

• Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not include production time. Shipping costs vary depending on the type and quantity of products ordered. Final shipping costs can be viewed during checkout.

We do not ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions or limitations imposed by shipping carriers. The list of restricted countries may change over time, but currently, we do not ship to the following destinations:

• Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
• Russia
• Belarus
• The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
• Ecuador
• Cuba
• Iran
• Syria
• North Korea

Please be aware of the following:

• Shipping to Ukraine is severely limited due to Russia's war; currently, we only ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities to Ukraine.
• Shipping to Israel is restricted due to the Israel-Hamas conflict; we cannot ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities to Israel at this time. Orders with delivery addresses in Israel and products fulfilled in Latvia may be placed on hold.

Additionally, due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and other service disruptions, our shipping carriers do not offer international shipping to the following countries (as of October 24, 2023):

• Israel
• Laos
• Macao
• Myanmar
• Niger
• Niue
• Russia
• Sudan
